hosting fees if customers are not satisfied with our services.
Procedures:
1. Refunds should comply with the company’s 30-day money back guarantee program which provides for hosting
fee refunds to the customer.
2. To receive a refund, customers must request account cancellation using the "Contact Us" link on
the Fripple.com homepage within 30 days of purchasing service.
3. Services are considered pre-paid after the 30-day guarantee period has expired.
4. Accounts are billed monthly, quarterly, or annually, as selected by the customer using the account
control panel. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No fees for the
current billing period will be refunded.
